Pre-treat the stains
Oil, rust, and heavy organic growth get treated first, because those need dwell time and will not come up with pressure alone.
Surface clean
We clean in even passes for a consistent finish rather than the zebra striping a waving wand leaves behind.
Rinse and detail
Edges, steps, and curbing are detailed by hand, then everything is rinsed so debris does not settle back onto clean concrete.

Concrete Cleaning questions
We can usually improve them a lot and often remove them entirely. Fresh spots come up best. Old oil that has soaked deep into the pores may lighten rather than vanish, and we will tell you which one you are looking at.
